This series of written and oral messages celebrates several of our National Holidays and days set aside for special rememberances which in some special way express our deep and heart felt feelings that we are Americans. Expressions that we may take for granted in our day to day existance but nevertheless are part of our heritage and must be called upon from time to time and revered by each and every one. Many of these holidays are built on the fact that there are now and have been throughout our history men and women who willingly gave the most precious gift, their life, so that you and I might continue to enjoy our freedoms. So it is indeed fitting that we honor thier sacrafice in this small way as our humble but deeply felt "thank you" my brother, my sister, my kindred soul.
