Cal, AFN1RD/AFA1WO, provided the above link to a voice recording of the annual MARS Chief's meeting, held at the Dayton Hamfest. Needless to say with the latest DoD Instruction, the meeting this year is a benchmark for MARS. For those who couldn't be present, listening to this recording is a "must." For those who were fotunate enough to attend, this recording is your opportunity to revisit this important session.
